Refund Request Policy
If you register your child to play a sport and then decide for any reason that the player will not play in our league, please notify us as soon as possible.
Refunds will be issued according to the following policy:
All refund requests must be submitted using this Refund Request Form.
Spring season:
90% refund before March 15 (10% covers online admin fees)
50% refund between March 15 and the first day of the spring season
No refund after Opening Day (Injuries with medical diagnosis will be considered on case-by-case basis by the Board)
Fall season:
90% refund before August 15 (10% covers online admin fees)
50% refund between August 15 and the first day of the fall season
No refund after Opening Day (Injuries with medical diagnosis will be considered on case-by-case basis by the Board)
Winter season:
90% refund before October 15th (10% covers online admin fees)
50% refund between October 15th and November 15th.
No Refund after Opening Day (Injuries with medical diagnosis will be considered on case-by-case basis by the Board)
Note that your team coach cannot issue you a refund. This form is the only method to request a refund.
